IMS UK does not presently offer consumer purchases through an online checkout. If consumer sales or subscriptions are introduced, separate consumer-facing terms, pre-contract information, pricing disclosures, cancellation rights and ordering procedures will apply.

19. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms, created a security risk, acted unlawfully, interfered with the website, or exposed IMS UK or another person to legal or operational harm.
